Acceptance of Terms
FrameWatch is owned and operated by Sanctus Solutions LLC. By creating an account, joining a company workspace, or using FrameWatch, you agree to these Terms of Use with Sanctus Solutions LLC and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
If you use FrameWatch on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Service Description
FrameWatch provides company-scoped tools for tracking materials, inventory activity, job workflows, waste, reusable scrap, donation listings, pickup coordination, QR codes, labels, imports, photos, and related operational data.
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time, including during beta and pre-release stages.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information, maintain a valid right to use any company or NGO workspace you access, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting appropriate users, assigning roles and permissions, and removing access when it is no longer authorized.
Acceptable Use
You may use FrameWatch only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to any account, workspace, system, or data.
- Do not upload malicious code, misuse integrations, or interfere with service availability.
- Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or process data you are not authorized to handle.
- Do not attempt to bypass company-level access controls or other technical safeguards.
- Do not submit false, misleading, unsafe, or unlawful donation listings, NGO applications, pickup details, invoices, photos, or operational records.
Customer Data
You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data you and your team enter into FrameWatch.
You grant Sanctus Solutions LLC the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to operate and support FrameWatch.
You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to upload files, photos, invoice data, contact information, addresses, and other content submitted through the service.
Donation Exchange and Pickup Coordination
Donation listings, reservations, and pickup workflows are coordination tools. FrameWatch does not take title to listed materials, inspect listings, guarantee material quality or condition, or act as the donor, recipient, transporter, broker, or agent for any transfer.
Donor companies are responsible for ensuring that listed materials are accurately described, lawfully available for donation, safe to handle, and ready for pickup under the terms they communicate to recipients.
NGO users and recipient organizations are responsible for evaluating whether a listing is suitable for their needs, coordinating pickup safely, complying with applicable laws, and using or disposing of received materials appropriately.
Operational Decisions and Safety
FrameWatch may provide inventory counts, availability calculations, alerts, maps, labels, reports, and workflow summaries based on data entered by users. These outputs are informational and depend on the accuracy and completeness of workspace data.
You remain responsible for independent judgment, jobsite safety, transportation safety, regulatory compliance, material handling, and any decisions made using information from the service.
Intellectual Property
FrameWatch, including its software, design, branding, and related content, is owned by Sanctus Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any license beyond the limited right to use the service as permitted here.
Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance, outages, third-party failures, security events, and product changes may affect service availability or behavior.
