Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining a company workspace, or using FrameWatch, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

If you use FrameWatch on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Service Description

FrameWatch provides company-scoped tools for tracking materials, inventory activity, job workflows, waste, and related operational data.

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time, including during MVP and pre-release stages.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information, maintain a valid right to use any company workspace you access, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You may use FrameWatch only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to any account, workspace, system, or data.
  • Do not upload malicious code, misuse integrations, or interfere with service availability.
  • Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or process data you are not authorized to handle.
  • Do not attempt to bypass company-level access controls or other technical safeguards.

Customer Data

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data you and your team enter into FrameWatch.

You grant FrameWatch the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to operate and support the service.

Intellectual Property

FrameWatch, including its software, design, branding, and related content, is owned by FrameWatch or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any license beyond the limited right to use the service as permitted here.

Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Scheduled maintenance, outages, third-party failures, security events, and product changes may affect service availability or behavior.

Disclaimers

FrameWatch is provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Except as expressly stated by us, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameWatch and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amounts paid to us for the service during the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to FrameWatch if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, the service is being misused, or continued access presents security, legal, or operational risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
